Who We Are

CARD Uganda is an indigenous Non government Organization that is legally formed and registered with the National Board for Non-Governmental Organizations and has been mandated to carry out development oriented activities in Eastern Uganda with an office located at Nabuyonga rise in Mbale District.

The organization is providing Agribusiness and value chain development services to local, regional and international organizations as well as private sector companies. It offers a wide range of services in Agribusiness, Value Chain Analysis and Development, Market Information Services; all its services are designed to enhance capacity development and poverty reduction through strengthening the private sector.

For over 8 years, CARD Uganda has employed various strategies that are demand driven and worked with communities to open their minds to entrepreneurship in the different communities that has changed their lives

1. Empower small scale producer organizations and private sector with skills and knowledge to increase their incomes.
2. Train farmers in recommended agronomy practices
3. Organize producer organizations in Higher level farmer organizations and business groups
4. We link businesses to better markets
